Payment status is the various stages a payment travels through from creation until the payment is transferred to the recipient.
Pending: Payment has been created, but is awaiting approval. The payment will not move out of "Pending" until an approver user has logged in to the November First account and has approved the payment.
Scheduled: The payment has been approved and will be transferred to the recipient on a scheduled day in the future. The payment status will change from "Scheduled" to "AwaitingCustomerPayment" on the scheduled day.
AwaitingCustomerPayment: The payment has been approved and must be transferred to the recipient as soon as possible, but November First has not initiated the payment from the customer's account yet.
AwaitingTransfer: November First has initiated the payment from the customer's account, but not transferred the payment to the recipient yet. The payment is only in this status for a short period of time.
Completed: November First has initiated the payment from the customer's account and the transfer has been sent to the recipient.
TradeReverted This status is only relevant on international payments. The customer has contacted November First and instructed November First to cancel the payment after the FX is traded and delivered to November First settlement account.
TransferForbidden The payment cannot be completed because the recipient is restricted.
Cancelled: After several attempts and personal dialogue with the customer, November First has not been able to initiate payment from the customer's account and the payment will be cancelled.
The payment can also be cancelled on the customers request.
